Civil engineering & project leadership
VMB AG has more than 40 years of engineering expertise in building and civil construction. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Maier leads the ZeroKWh initiative and is responsible for site planning, technical coordination, and overall project oversight. The service portfolio includes building law clarification and permit planning as well as technical support from concept through construction management to commissioning.

Energy systems planning & digital operations
Malum GmbH handles the planning, consulting, and implementation of modern energy systems with a focus on digital operations and economic optimization. Its operating platform connects hardware with the energy management system and enables real-time monitoring, intelligent control of all loads and storage units, and fully automated energy cost accounting.

Consulting & PV power forecasting
Solariance specializes in developing energy concepts for the intelligent and economical use of PV generation. At the GB79 site, Solariance provides, among other things, the PV forecasting layer that feeds into the energy management system and enables predictive and economically optimized control of all loads and storage units.
